This website’s responsible body for data processing is timeSensor AG, registered at St. Leodegar-Strasse 2, 6006 Lucerne, Switzerland.
timeSensor AG alone, or jointly with others, decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data (e.g. names, contact details, etc.).
When and to what purpose is personal data collected?
timeSensor AG only collects, stores or processes data for its own business purposes. All personal data collected on the timeSensor AG website is stored by the individually identified addressees exclusively for your individual advice and support, or for sending company documents. For these purposes, we store your personal data and other information contained in your messages and requests.
Handling of your personal data
When handling personal data, all necessary technical and organisational security measures are used to adequately protect your personal data from unauthorised access and misuse at all times. SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content that you may send to us as the site operator, our website uses an SSL or TLS encryption. This means that data that you transmit via this website cannot be read by third parties. Data processing by third parties
timeSensor AG stores personal data on the servers of a third-party provider (hosting), Flow Swiss AG. Flow Swiss AG is GDPR certified. timeSensor AG data is protected by a data processing agreement with Flow Swiss AG and is also GDPR compliant. Apart from Flow Swiss AG, personal data will only be transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the contract. Third parties can be payment service providers or logistics companies, for example. A further transmission of the data will not take place, or only if you have expressly consented to this.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfil a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Server log files
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in server log files, which your browser then automatically transmits to us. These are:

Data transmitted via the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or there is no longer any need for data storage. Mandatory legal provisions – in particular retention periods – remain unaffected.
Newsletter Data
To send our newsletter, we need an e-mail address from you. It is necessary to verify the e-mail address provided and to consent to receiving the newsletter. Additional data is not collected or is voluntary. The data is used exclusively for sending the newsletter.

Data entered to set up the subscription will be deleted if you unsubscribe. If this data has been transmitted to us for other purposes and elsewhere, it will remain with us.
YouTube
Our website uses plugins from YouTube to integrate and display video content. The provider of the video portal is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA.
